It can be done within an office area, I would recommend a large meeting room style space.

I would not recommend doing this at desks due to distractions and some peoples inability to sit for periods of time.

I have worked with two companies so far, providing meditation for their employees. Many of the employees find great joy in the company offering this. With the rise of mental health awareness this can be a softer way for management to provide mental support to their employees.

Through paypal invoice or bank transfer once booking is confirmed.
