Rowan berries are stooped in history. They were believed to stop enchantment, people would believe drying them and stringing them in to necklaces would stop fairies from stealing people away into the woods.

 

In the modern era they are known for being rich in Vitamin C and Provitamin A, with added extra Vitamin E for repair and strength.
